Job Description

The IT Support Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues within a small, fast-paced lab environment, supporting both office and production systems. This role will work closely with the IT Lead to standardize IT processes, manage tickets, and assist with lab system integrations and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Top Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of IT support experience (Tier 1–Tier 2)
  • Hands-on experience with hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365
  • Strong customer service orientation and troubleshooting ability
  • Adaptable, dependable, and eager to learn across multiple IT domains
  • Local to Augusta or nearby areas (Evans, Grovetown, Martinez)

 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Smartsheet or ticketing systems
  • Exposure to lab/manufacturing systems (Agilent, Aspen, DeltaV)
  • Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles
